陈 震
个人概况
陈震, 博士,副教授,硕士生导师,主讲《发酵工程》、《酶工程》及《合成生物学》等课程,主要从事微生物发酵与代谢调控、食品酶制剂及合成生物学等方面的研究,主持国家自然科学基金、河南省高等学校重点科研项目、信阳师范大学博士科研启动基金各1项,参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。入选信阳师范大学“南湖青年学者(A类)”。以第一或通讯作者在Biotechnol. Adv., J. Agric. Food Chem. 及Biotechnol. Bioeng.等期刊上发表论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利7项,主编专著1部。

工作介绍
1.基于多组学技术探究地衣芽孢杆菌合成胞外聚合物(多糖和聚谷氨酸)的生物合成过程及代谢调控机制。
2.基于代谢工程及合成生物学改造恶臭假单胞菌和酿酒酵母高效合成茶叶功能成分(茶氨酸及花青素等),并探究其健康效应机制。
3.基于宏基因组测序技术挖掘各类食品用酶(茶氨酸合成酶、单宁酶、果胶酶、漆酶)基因,用于食品酶制剂的研究及开发。
