宫安东,副教授,硕士生导师。为中国植物保护学会青年工作委员会委员、中国植物病理学会会员、中国遗传学会会员、河南省植物病理学会理事、河南省青年科技工作者协会会员、河南省委组织部“博士服务团”成员、省优秀科技特派员、市青年科技奖获得者、信阳市优秀青年科技专家,校南湖青年学者。

研究领域
1. 茶园绿色低碳关键技术创新与应用
开展茶树真菌病害生物防治及作用机制研究,开展解磷、解钾、抑菌和促生长活性的微生物菌株筛选,生物工程技术优化菌株生物活性,开发多功能生物菌剂,用于茶园土壤中改善土壤肥力,减少化学肥料的使用,防治真菌病害,促进茶树生长,为生态、绿色茶园建设提供技术支持。
2. 粮食(食品)储藏期真菌病害防控与作用机制研究
黄曲霉及其产生的黄曲霉毒素对粮食生产、食品安全和人类健康危害严重。课题组应用微生物学技术,筛选产挥发性抑菌物质的微生物菌株,GC-MS/MS鉴定挥发性代谢物质,探究抑菌分子机制,开发食品储藏期病害防控生物菌剂,为储藏期黄曲霉防控提供有效手段。
工作介绍
教学中主要承担本科生《微生物学》、《应用微生物学》、《生物工程分析与检测》理论课程和实验课程,研究生《专业英语》课程的教学工作。科研工作中开展应用微生物学研究,主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目5项,主持省自然科学基金面上项目、联合基金项目、科技攻关等6项,主持地方及横向基金项目7项,获得河南省科技进步三等奖2项,在plant disease, Food control, Biocontrol, Journal of Integrative Agriculture, BMC plant biology, Frontiers in microbiology, 中国农业科学等期刊发表学术论文41篇,其中SCI收录19篇,授权第一作者发明专利5项。培养硕士研究生6人,其中赞比亚籍留学生1人。受邀担任Journal of hazardous materials, plant disease, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Plant Physiology and Biochemistry、Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology、Food Control、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Chemical Physics、Frontiers in Genetics、Frontiers in molecular biosciences、Journal of Integrative Agriculture、 ACS Omega等杂志审稿人。
